I'm feeling slightly delicate this morning. Last night was good. I had a swim in lake Luzern and then got very drunk. I ended up semi naked in an underground carpark doing a straight to camera piece for the film crew.
The rest of the team have been much better behaved. The film crew are following us today. Sophie and Donna had to read out the days challenge on film which was funny.
We are currently 200 miles into an epic 555 miles from Milan to Bari. We are not too bad for time but have to make an over night ferry to Durres or will spend the night in a ferry terminal.
